Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Woven & Wilder pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We now accept change-of-mind returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags still attached
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a store credit or exchange.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you need a different size or would prefer to exchange your item, we’re happy to help within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions above.
Store credit will be issued as a digital voucher and is valid for 12 months.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves us. If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hello@wovenandwilder.com.au within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (including return postage where applicable).
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed faulty or cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and approving your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
