Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders same day if placed before 12pm or next day if placed after. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched Monday morning. Please note that during launch periods, sales, or restocks, dispatch times may be slightly longer - we’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We ship across Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.
- Shipping rates are as advertised at checkout.
- Standard delivery times: 3–8 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee and faster delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once it has been handed over to Auspost, delivery times are outside our control. Please allow extra time during busy seasons such as Christmas and refer back to your tracking when needed.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Australia Post with your tracking information. If you would like assistance contacting Australia Post, please contact us at hello@wovenandwilder.com.au and we’ll help investigate. Woven & Wilder is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as “Shipped” by Woven and Wilder.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
